Why is my identity information still pending for authentication?
The identity and IPR information are required to be submitted TOGETHER for authentication. Normally, the identity and IPR information will be reviewed together once submitted. If your identity information is pending for authentication, please sign in to your IPP account to check the authentication status and follow instructions in the system. If you submit your identity information only without IPR information, please fill in your IPR information as soon as possible.
